The European Bank has raised the alarm. Prepare for an attack!&#8217;\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, by turning to official sources, Faktoje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecb.europa.eu\/home\/html\/index.en.html\">searched for the official website<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ecb\">the official Twitter account<\/a>, and the official <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/europeancentralbank\">Instagram account<\/a> of the European Central Bank (ECB), the central bank of the Eurozone and the European Union, responsible for monetary policy, foreign exchange operations, and euro banknotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No such alarm is present on the official communication channels of the European Central Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, no such alarm appears in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eba.europa.eu\/publications-and-media\/press-releases\">official communications<\/a> of the European Banking Authority (EBA), the EU agency responsible for enforcing a set of standard rules to regulate and supervise banks across all EU countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To date, the claim that the <em>&#8216;European Bank&#8217;<\/em> has raised any kind of alarm, even for a cyberattack, remains untrue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Original article\u00a0(in Albanian) was published on 09\/05\/2025; Author: Patris Pustina In the wake of sudden power outages on April 28 that left Spain and Portugal paralyzed, social media users began spreading a claim that the &#8216;European Bank&#8217; had issued an alert about a potential cyberattack.
