Fraudulent ads are circulating on the Internet regarding alleged investments<\/a> in the GazInvest, QuantumAI, and Immediate Growth platforms, which promise citizens a large monetary profit. All three ads \u2013 accessible through links to dravonelixa.com and briloavexor.org \u2013 are actually scams.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fake President Vu\u010di\u0107 “personally guarantees” the platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A reader reported to us an advertisement that popped up to him while he was watching YouTube. The ad featured the voice of President Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107<\/strong>, which was used to advertise the aforementioned platforms. That the voice was created by artificial intelligence is clear due to the obvious speech errors. In the recording, it is stated in Vu\u010di\u0107’s voice that “he personally guarantees this” and that “all funds are protected and not subject to taxes”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to confirm that Vu\u010di\u0107’s voice was misused, we also used the Undetectable AI<\/a> tool, whose analysis suggests that it is the product of artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So far, we have discovered two links leading to three fraudulent ads \u2013 dravonelixa.com and briloavexor.org. It is interesting that where these links take you depends on which device you are using (computer or mobile phone), as well as whether you have AdBlocker (software that prevents the display of advertisements) installed. There is a possibility that you will end up on a page that advertises fraudulent platforms or a simple <\/a>portal <\/a>with articles about business and finance without questionable advertisements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We tried to check who is behind the mentioned domains with the help of the Who is (1<\/a>, 2<\/a>) tool, but the identity of the owner is protected, and we only found out that the domains were created relatively recently, in mid-April and at the end of March. In fraudulent advertisements, the names and visual identities of several banks were misused. We contacted their representatives, but so far, they have only answered from Banca Intesa<\/strong> and the National Bank of Serbia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advertisement for the GazInvest platform<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ad<\/a> for GazInvest is tailored from the testimony of journalist Olja Be\u0107kovi\u0107<\/strong>, in which she also “personally guarantees” earnings by investing in the platform. Of course, to have the opportunity to earn “more than 435,000 dinars per month”, a one-time investment of “only 26,000 dinars” is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several tools for detecting content generated with the help of artificial intelligence (ZeroGPT<\/a>, Undetectable AI<\/a>, Sightengine<\/a>) showed that the accompanying photo of journalist Olja Be\u0107kovi\u0107, in which she is holding a payment slip from Banca Intesa, was created using artificial intelligence. The outcome is the same for the photo with people apparently waiting in line in front of a bank branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Banca Intesa told us that they are aware of attempts to misuse their business name and, often, visual identity in campaigns carried out by platforms, such as those mentioned, with which the bank has no established cooperation. Also, they state that in this particular case, “in order to preserve the security of personal and financial data of clients, it is recommended not to act according to the instructions for filling out the registration form from the published text”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year, our newsroom already warned<\/a> about a misleading advertisement in which citizens were also promised large sums of money from the dividends of the Russian company Gazinvest. On the website<\/a> of this company, there was a notice that fake advertisements using their identity were appearing on the Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the introductory text of the ad states that registration closes on April 8, 2026, it is still possible at the time of writing this analysis (April 24). Near the end of the web page is a framed note warning you that “the link will become invalid” and your place in the program will be assigned to another person if you close the page before registering. This is not true, given that the same page can be accessed by entering the link again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investing in Quantum AI<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fraudulent ad for the QuantumAI<\/a> platform is on a page designed to imitate the N1 media portal. It is emphasized that the platform was presented by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107, and the American businessman Elon Musk, and apart from a slightly different explanation, the principle of investing is the same. To achieve an income of 1,800,000 dinars in a month, it is necessary to first invest 29,500 dinars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the advertisement for Quantum AI, it is also stated that this platform “passed a rigorous check and received the approval of the National Bank of Serbia”. However, this institution told us that such claims have nothing to do with the truth. “The entity that operates under the name ‘Quantum AI’ does not have the permission, consent, or approval of the National Bank of Serbia,” they state in the NBS, and add that it is an obvious form of misleading potential users to obtain illegal property benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ad also contains experience of the so-called warehouse worker Marko Jovanovi\u0107<\/strong> (34) from Belgrade, who points out that QuantumAI has completely changed his life. However, it seems that the attached photo actually shows a Swede, Krister Grahn<\/strong>, originally from Norrt\u00e4lje. The oldest (and only) source where this photo can be found is the Swedish blog “Skogmark.se”, which was written<\/a> in 2021 about Krister and his family’s visit to their native village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three and a half million dinars per month with Immediate Growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The third possibility is that when you enter the link, you will be shown an advertisement<\/a> about the option of investing in a platform called Immediate Growth. And in this case, it seems as if it is news published on the N1 portal. But if you tried to look at some other section, that move would automatically take you to the registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Potential investors are offered a fabulous monthly amount of three and a half million dinars, and the initial investment is in the amount of 29,300 dinars. As they state, the project was supported by the initiative of businessmen Miroslav Mi\u0161kovi\u0107<\/strong> and Dejan \u010cakajc<\/strong>. In one segment of the text, Mi\u0161kovi\u0107’s alleged announcement from IX was included, in which he says that the income from the platform will not be taxed.
