Faktoje&#8217;s verification revealed that these images are not authentic, but rather a product of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artificial intelligence (AI)-generated imagery continues to confuse users across various social media platforms. Recently, a picture depicting Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, handcuffed and escorted by police, has gone viral on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/seecheck.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7722\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seecheck.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image2.png 750w, https:\/\/seecheck.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image2-268x300.png 268w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2018According to Israeli Media, Netanyahu&#8217;s corruption trial will resume again today in an Israeli Court.\u2019<\/em>,\u00a0 a Facebook user<em> <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/gencplumb\/posts\/pfbid0NTVnV7JDYBae279cA1gtPkHDP34qKJargxrKiqHY9rcTw2yeaSakmechezBMvG2zl\" title=\"\">wrote <\/a>\u00a0while sharing Netanyahu&#8217;s picture with handcuffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To verify the authenticity of these images, &#8216;Faktoje&#8217; used the Google Reverse Image Search engine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The verification reveals that the picture was first <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MarquizeDeSah\">shared<\/a>\u00a0on the X platform on October 23 of this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"623\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/seecheck.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-14.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7721\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seecheck.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-14.png.webp 623w, https:\/\/seecheck.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-14.png-280x300.webp 280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 623px) 100vw, 623px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Notably, the image contains a disclaimer in English on the left side, indicating that it was generated by an artificial intelligence program. There is also a caption in Hebrew, which translates to &#8220;it will happen one day&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite this clear labeling, many social media users have been misled. The AI-generated image was intentionally cropped in some shares to exclude the AI-generated disclaimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/faktoje.al\/fotot-e-arrestimit-te-trump-te-krijuara-nga-inteligjenca-artificiale\/\">Faktoje<\/a>\u201d has <a href=\"https:\/\/faktoje.al\/hoteli-satanik-keqinterpretim-i-artit-te-inteligjences-artificiale\/\">previosly<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/faktoje.al\/imazhi-viral-i-shpetuesit-grek-ne-turqi-u-krijua-nga-inteligjenca-artificiale\/\">checked<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/faktoje.al\/te-rreme-fotot-e-veshjeve-satanike-ne-javen-e-modes-ne-new-york\/\">images<\/a>\u00a0that <a href=\"https:\/\/faktoje.al\/fotot-e-pape-franceskut-me-flamurin-lgbt-te-gjeneruara-nga-inteligjenca-artificiale\/\">were shared\u00a0<\/a> as authentic, but are, in fact, created using AI programs.
