A 2001 presentation by a NASA scientist has been unfoundedly described as “evidence” of a plan for global depopulation by 2025.
On August 29, 2024, an article with the following title was published on the website Nulta tacka:
Official NASA documents confirm plans for mass extinction in 2025
The article states that back in 2001, in a PowerPoint presentation, NASA’s chief scientist Dennis Bushnell revealed plans for a “devastating series of terrorist attacks and biological warfare on US soil against American citizens in 2025 as part of a conspiracy to destroy civilization as we know it”.
The “official document” mentioned by Nulta tacka allegedly reveals that this American agency has been preparing for decades to take the lead role in the extinction in 2025, which will lead to the “depopulation of most people on planet Earth”. The article claims that the document is “proof” of the depopulation plan, given that many of the events in the document have allegedly already happened.
According to a presentation by NASA, the year 2025 will feature terrorist attacks in the United States, biological attacks, and EMPs or electromagnetic pulses.
Critical infrastructure will be destroyed as part of a plan to bring civilization to its knees, and American citizens will be tormented by breaking news.
The document of the US agency allegedly also contains details about the use of silent weapons in the secret war against humanity.
The document clearly states that the global elite, along with government agencies like NASA, will use silent weapons in a secret war against humanity in 2025, with the ultimate goal of depopulating the planet.
How do the elite plan to use NASA and other agencies to wage war against humanity and drastically reduce the global population?

The article claims that the document contains all the things that have been brought to attention before, such as bioweapons, including mRNA technology and chemtrails. In addition to the Nulta tacka website, claims about the NASA document and depopulation plan were published on Facebook and TikTok.
What are the facts?
The article published on Nulta tacka was taken from The People’s Voice, where it was originally published on August 27, 2024. This website was previously called NewsPunch, and before that, YourNewsWire. It is a website that has been publishing fake news and conspiracy theories since its inception, which Raskrinkavanje.ba evaluated in numerous analyzes (1, 2, 3, 4).
Despite the fact that in the text the terms “NASA document” and “presentation” are used interchangeably, in reality there is no document in which NASA presented the depopulation plan until 2025. As early as 2021, the American fact-checking website Lead Stories dealt with allegations about NASA’s plan to dominate the world and depopulate the planet, which rely on the same “documents” attributed to NASA.
Namely, there is only one presentation that is linked to Dennis M. Bushnell, chief scientist at NASA’s Langley Research Center. Bushnell is the author of that presentation, which is actually presented as a NASA document with a plan to destroy the human population.
The presentation “Training and Testing for Future Strategic Challenges/Future Warfare [AROUND 2025]” dates back to 2001, when Bushnell gave a lecture at the fourth annual Training and Testing Symposium, which was held from 13-16 in August in the city of Orlando in the state of Florida. The symposium was hosted by the Defense Technical Information Center, a department of the US Department of Defense, and the National Defense Industrial Association.
On the 113 slides of the presentation, neither depopulation nor any plan to destroy the human species is mentioned. According to Lead Stories, the presentation and lecture are “aimed at dedicated industry professionals, anticipating or imagining how warfare might evolve and how defensive tactics might adapt to new threats in the future”.
Therefore, there is no basis to claim that NASA is involved in any depopulation plan. The author of the presentation is Bushnell, and in it he talks about the future of warfare, and not about the massive reduction of the human population according to the plan of the elites. The presentation also includes predictions about computer capabilities and warfare in 2030 (specifically on slides 19 and 109), which makes the claims of a mass extinction plan by 2025 completely absurd.
Additionally, the presentation does not mention mRNA technology or chemtrails. Bioweapons and biotechnologies are mentioned in several places, but in the context of the future of warfare and the potential for their development, not in the context of population reduction.
We rate the earliest publication of the claim that the NASA document includes a plan for the mass extinction of humans by 2025 as fake news and a conspiracy theory. We also rate other publications of these claims as redistribution of fake news and a conspiracy theory.
