In the Telegram group “Pravo na slobodu” (“Right to freedom”), one user shared a text from the Croatian website Epoha, which states that the “International Court of General Law” condemned the director of Pfizer, Pope Francis, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Queen Elizabeth of England for genocide. They were sentenced to life in prison because they allegedly tortured and killed children for decades because of medical tests for the production of vaccines against COVID-19. This court, of course, does not exist – it was “developed” by the Canadian conspiracy theorist Kevin Annett, who in 2015 declared secession from Canada and the founding of the Republic of Kanata. In the same verdict, the “culprits” were convicted for planning Annett’s murder and for losing his job and custody of the child 20 years ago.
Raskrikavanje wrote on several occasions about the group “Pravo na slobodu” on the social network Telegram, which has about 4,000 members. These days, one user in discussion with another member shared a suspicious link and asked:
“What do you think about this, there is even an audio recording, I think it should be downloaded to the phone so it can be listened to, nothing has been published on the official website of the court”.
The link leads to the Croatian site Epoha – which promotes various obscure conspiracy theories – and the text explains that the International Court of General Law “sentenced” the leaders of Pfizer, the Pope, the Queen of England, Xi Jinping, the Canadian Prime Minister and dozens of other people. They were sentenced due to conducting torture and murder of children for many years.
“The highest leaders of the Church, the state and corporations have profited over the years from systemic torture, trafficking and killing of children in deadly testing experiments to produce the COVID-19 vaccine, as part of a criminal conspiracy to depopulate humanity and enforce slavery”.

As we have determined, this court does not exist as a legitimate and recognized body, but it is a fabrication.
The links lead to the website Murder By Decree, which promotes a former Protestant priest and conspiracy theorist, Canadian Kevin Annett, as well as the non-existent Republic of Kanata, the non-existent International Court of General Law and the non-existent International Tribunal for Church and State Crimes. The “creator” of all these bodies is Annett.
What is this all about?
Kevin Annett once worked as a Protestant priest within the United Church of Canada, the largest Protestant community in Canada. According to Reuters, he lost his job in the 1990s due to the spread of conspiracy theories, after he refused to undergo a psychiatric assessment.
After that, he “founded” these fictitious courts, as well as a new republic – the Republic of Kanata, which in 2015 “declared” secession from Canada. The website of this republic states that he was fired for no reason “after he uncovered the murder of children in an Indian school”.
“Kevin was subsequently fired without proper action, he lost his wife and children in a divorce financed by the church”, states the website republicofkanata.ca.
The verdict passed by his “court”, which he personally read while wearing a black shirt and standing in front of the black curtain, states that these criminals are responsible for genocide against children, and for other things as well.
These are actions aimed at enslaving the world’s population through a fabricated pandemic, but also torture, murder, sterilization of people, mind control, slavery, human trafficking, ritual murder, and “other types of medical, physical and biological genocide”. Therefore, the “court” orders that the production and use of coronavirus vaccines be stopped immediately.
In addition, they were “convicted” for money laundering, trafficking in weapons, drugs, people, fetuses and organs, but also for crimes against Annett himself. Namely, the verdict established that they were guilty and that Annett was fired, as well as that his wife divorced him in the 1990s, when he also lost custody. They were also convicted of attempting to liquidate him with “chemical poisoning” last year, based on the orders of Pope Francis, and it is stated that Pfizer is planning a new assassination attempt in February this year, in a month.
At the same time, the verdict (passed on January 15) states that on January 16, the “action plan for direct participation of citizens in the implementation of this historic verdict” will be discussed on BBS radio – the official radio of the Republic of Kanata, since police and prisons are not yet “formed”.
This is not Annett’s first “verdict” – in 2013, his tribunal convicted Pope Benedict for crimes against humanity. Today, he claims on his website that Benedict resigned just before this verdict was delivered to avoid arrest. The Snopes website for fact-checking then determined that this was not true and stated that Annett’s institutions were fabrications without legitimacy.
According to the Republic of Kanata’s website, this is a “real” state, and it’s created because the Canadian authorities have been killing indigenous peoples for decades, undermining freedoms, imposing “false laws and taxes and stealing children”. Kevin Annett was presented as “one of the three conveners of the republic” and the leader of the mentioned courts.
You can become a citizen of this self-proclaimed republic by sending an e-mail with a request. Thus, as it is claimed, you no longer have to pay taxes or other duties to Canada because the Constitution of Kanata has annulled all debts to Canada.
This conspiracy theorist has written several books, including the book “Establishing Freedom – The Case of the Republic of Kanata”, which he sells on Amazon and the website of his republic. Apart from his books, you can also buy various T-shirts, sweatshirts, badges and flags with the logos of this imaginary state and inscriptions such as “Resistance to Tyranny”, at prices from 10 to 90 dollars.
