The articles above cite a social media post by Kosovo government spokesperson Përparim Kryeziu as the source.

Kryeziu’s post from December 11 announces that ‘an invitation has been received for [Prime Minister Kurti] from the Special Prosecutor’s Office.’ However, the post does not mention The Hague at any point. It is accompanied by the invitation document, which has the name, letterhead, and seal of the Special Prosecutor’s Office in Kosovo.

When contacted by Faktoje, Kryeziu confirmed that ‘this refers to the Special Prosecutor’s Office in Kosovo.’
